Overview
ISHPI is seeking a Project Manager to provide systems engineering and related technical support for Division (JWED) Rapid Defense Experimentation Reserve (RDER) Program Joint Staff J7 Joint Wargaming and Experimentation for the San Diego, CA operations.
Qualifications
Education: BS degree in Electrical, Software, Systems or Industrial Engineering; Physics; Mathematics; Computer Science; Information Science.
Experience: Ten (10) years of direct work experience with Joint Programs. Eight (8) years of direct work experience in: Design, Development, Production, Installation, and Test & Evaluation of C4ISR or Information Systems (IS), Cybersecurity, or Information Technology (IT) systems. Six (6) years as a manager of similar projects with specific experience to include: Supervising Project Personnel, Scheduling Work, Managing Technical Performance and Quality, Performing Cost Estimations, and Problem Resolution. Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures. Must have intimate working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and MS Project.
Security Clearance - A current TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a polygraph is required and therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen. Can also consider candidates with a current Polygraph level clearance.
