Description

ISG is eager to bolster our team with a Support Specialist, at our Green Bay office, who is an enthusiastic team player and garners the willingness to learn with a confident, go-getter mentality. With a rich 49 year history of providing innovative architecture, engineering, environmental, and planning services, the Support Specialist plays an integral role within the firm’s multi-disciplinary team.

While responsible for supporting and contributing to a variety of tasks, the Support Specialist position offers a challenging and rewarding experience to learn and strengthen skills, assist team members with creative solutions, and the ability to grow professionally, all while embodying ISG culture.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Work with various staff to ensure administrative duties are complete in a confidential and timely manner. 
  • Help with the facilitation of meetings. This may include coordination of food/refreshments, developing an agenda, and ensure the conference space is prepared.
  • Prepare cover letters, pay requests, change orders, and other client or contractor specific documents.
  • Print and bind specification books, plan sheets, reports, proposals, and other deliverables. 
  • Assist with office duties such as greeting and keeping general supplies stocked and organized.
  • Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable at a local level. 
  • Assist with answering ISG’s central phone service. 
  • Other duties as assigned or instructed. 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience within architecture, engineering, construction, or government permitting is a plus, though not necessary.
  • Fantastic phone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Organized and eager to be a part of and support a team.
  • Willingness to take direction and follow through with the completion of an assigned task.
  • Refined proofreading, grammar and spelling skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to be flexible.
