Join ISG’s Landscape Architecture team in the Green Bay, Sioux Falls, Minneapolis West, Bloomington or Des Moines offices, then roll up your sleeves and dig in. This job will be like none other. It will be challenging but oh so rewarding. Critical prior experience should include landscape architecture and/or urban design. You will strengthen your design and use your problem-solving muscles daily through the full spectrum of professional practice – hand drawing, field analysis, public meetings, digital study, detailing, and technical specifications. You will mentor up, down, and across the professions and regions of ISG.

You will be an ISG Employee Owner working collaboratively with your fellow employee owners to provide clients with creative solutions. As a member of a fully-integrated team, you will work with clients to provide optimized design and planning services. You will assist clients with realizing what is possible on their sites. As part of a larger fully integrated team, you get the satisfaction of guiding your client through completion and beyond.

We're looking for someone with strong passion for landscape architecture and urban design, who thinks and designs with sustainability and creativity to deliver the best analysis and options for our clients. Here's a few details:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Assist, implement, and successfully execute project related responsibilities
• Perform site planning and general design tasks
• Be a self-starter and independent worker while working in a highly collaborative environment
• Ensure project compliance with rules and regulations, laws and codes, policies and procedures
• Explore business development opportunities and additional service opportunities on projects
• Help prepare project presentations for clients, regulatory agents, and governing bodies
• Understand and promote the ISG brand and vision, including cross-selling services
• Ability to work on multiple projects at once and establish priorities
• Be an accountable, eager, and creative employee owner!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensed or working towards Professional Landscape Architect (PLA) licensure
• Masters or Bachelor Degree in Landscape Architecture or Urban Design, preferred
• Exceptional organization and communication skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and 3D Design Software such as SketchUp
• Exceptional verbal, written, and graphic communicator
• Self-directed and can work both independently and collaboratively
• Demonstrated ability to understand and apply landscape design principles
• A passion for design and project implementation
