Job Description:

Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an energetic Warehouse Coordinator for their Syracuse, NY location. The warehouse supervisor provides efficient and effective supervision and coordination of all warehouse functions, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to safety protocols.

This position would be ideal for a self-motivated individual with warehouse experience and a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse functions, including parts room, inventory storage, and loading dock areas.
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to develop and implement warehouse safety, security, inventory management, and workflow procedures.
• Train and mentor warehouse personnel.
• Facilitate effective communication between parts, warehouse, service teams, and delivery teams to ensure the timely availability of supplies and equipment for each job.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and conduct physical inventories while maintaining data accuracy within the company software program to provide up-to-date inventory reports.

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience
• Valid driver’s license / clean driving record
