We provide customers across the entire credit spectrum access to financing and refinancing programs with competitive rates and flexible terms through our direct-to-consumer and dealer programs. We want every customer to have access to financing for their dream ride.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage an omnichannel marketing strategy including but not limited to SEM, SEO, affiliate marketing, link building, media buying, reputation and brand management, direct marketing, etc. while also managing and developing relationships with various media outlets to ensure the company gets as much value as possible from all media investments.
• Manage the company's marketing spend within budget for DTC, B2B, and B2B2C programs.
• Recommend strategies for optimizing and reducing cost per acquisition.
• Oversee the brand and approve marketing and other communication materials.
• Oversee the creation and management of all websites, landing pages. Maintain hosting/domains management
• Lead multiple strategic initiatives at once, while also being hands-on and diving deep into specific analyses as required.
• Conduct and present insightful analyses on major marketing trends, challenges and opportunities that feature actionable recommendations to improve customer acquisition and retention.
• Evaluate KPI standards and monitor and review existing analytics on both digital and traditional campaigns, initiatives, and ongoing programs, producing reporting for executive review.
• Identifies new market segments that will benefit from company products.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• 5 years' experience in marketing, communications
• 2 years' experience in a corporate management role
• Strong experience in digital advertising, social media, and website management and fluent in reporting metrics and analytics
• Demonstrated experience in creating successful marketing and public relations strategies
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
• Exceptional communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Ability to initiate and monitor multiple simultaneous projects
• Automotive, powersports, and/or financial services experience a plus but not required.
