Job Description:

Responsible for designing, developing, and executing analytic solutions for our clients. Focus areas include data mining, customer segmentation, predictive analytics and the transformation of data into insights and business recommendations.

Specific duties include:

• Lead the execution of analytic solutions including campaign analysis, segmentation schemes, predictive analytics, dashboards, and ad-hoc data analysis.

• Mentor one or more Marketing Analysts.

• Interpret the outputs of analytic solutions to contribute to the development of data-driven, actionable recommendations for clients.

• Utilize analytic best practices to ensure the development of robust solutions.

• Design testing frameworks designed to measure the performance of campaign elements in a statistically valid manner.

• Evaluate client business needs and partner with other team members to transform business needs into the design of data-driven solutions.

• Partner with team members across Analytics, Strategy, Technology, Media and Creative teams.

Job Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Analytics or a related field. Must also have two years of related progressive, post-Bachelor’s experience.

Experience must include:

• Working with large data sets such as transactional data.

• Working with programming such as R and Python.

• Working with data visualization tools including Tableau, PowerBI, and Google Data Studio.

• Knowledge of predictive modeling.
