PARTNERING WITH: Internal Iris Teams and Cheil Dallas

THE ROLE:

Opportunity Knocks

As Program Manager at Iris you will be a trusted owner of projects and programs for a leading client in the field of mobile devices. With your sound expertise in a wide range of digitally focused marketing communications and campaigns and a solid specialism in B2C CRM you guide your program team to great results.

Your focus will be on leading and managing multiple CRM communication projects in a timely and efficient manner as liaison between internal and client teams whilst managing competing priorities. In doing so you continuously encourage the program teams to excel ensuring successful delivery for highest client satisfaction.

You understand how communications work from messaging strategy to the individual assets and how diverse audiences are targeted with the appropriate messages along the entire customer journey driving customer loyalty and conversion. You have worked in a data-driven environment and feel confident to consult, build and lead CRM campaigns together with an internal team of interdisciplinary experts. You will develop a deep understanding of your client, their industry, products, marketing activities and competition to optimize quality output and delivery helping them achieve the Proud to Own status.

Using your analytical mindset, you develop insightful client briefs working closely together with a team including Account, Strategy, Planning and Analytics. Alongside the team, you own and manage these projects and programs end-to-end according to our Iris agency processes: from analysis to strategy development, execution of creative concepts and tactics, and campaign measurement according to set goals and objectives (e.g. cost, quality, and time). You love to work closely with an inspired Account, Strategy, Creative and Development team and focus on maintaining a constructive relationship with all internal departments as a true team player and collaborator enabling progress.

What we are looking for:

  • Motivated self-starter with strong leadership, client and project management skills as well as strong experience in managing CRM campaigns and projects who shows initiative and ambitious to go the extra mile and grow
  • Solution-finder with strong prioritization skills, team player and effective collaborator with a positive can-do-attitude
  • Effective and efficient communicator (email and verbally) who is experienced and comfortable in presenting in front of clients
  • Strong at developing client relationships and providing excellent customer service including translator of customer needs into requirements for internal teams from briefings to content outlines
  • An eagle eye for detail to consistently ensure top-notch quality output
  • Independent driver of medium to high complexity CRM projects, campaigns, and activities from start to finish
  • Deep diving into products and solutions and strategic marketing topics and content and challenger status quo

Your background: 

  • Business, Marketing or Communications degree or similar education
  • Accredited PM certification is a plus
  • 3 to 5 years of related work experience, preferably in a direct marketing agency and/or international work environment
  • Proven record in leading CRM B2C campaigns and projects across several disciplines and workstreams
  • Interest and proven record of working on complex projects and marketing programs
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines while overseeing and ensuring that the entire team understands their individual and collective responsibilities
  • Proven ability to work across departments, exploring alternatives and challenging the status quo where needed
  • Very good working knowledge of project management and collaboration tools such as MS Project, Confluence, Slack, Teams, Jira…
  • Excellent skills in MS Office (e.g. PPT, Excel), html skills are a plus
  • Mobile device experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English language (Full Professional Working Proficiency).
