As the Legal Counsel, you will be working within the Global Legal Team on a range of legal activities including the provision of advice to stakeholders on financial services law/regulation, corporate and technology operations in APAC, contract negotiation, the drafting and review of legal documentation, and corporate governance matters. Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with: Draft key commercial agreements technology services arrangements with corporate clients and service providers Advise on privacy/data reforms which may impact the Group Assist with Iress' acquisition strategy including due diligence, strategy considerations and share/business sale agreements Collaborate with the product teams in the management of service terms Ensure that regulatory requirements in APAC are clearly understood and to support the wider organisation in compliance with those obligations Collaborate with Information Security and Compliance divisions on privacy compliance strategy Assist in the preparation and delivery of training material to internal stakeholders What you will bring: Minimum 2-5 years of Post Qualification Experience Commercial experience as a lawyer with financial services/technology law exposure.
