Reporting to the Delivery Lead, Investment Infrastructure, the Change Manager is responsible for the delivery of change management activities for Investment Infrastructure development and launch. Leveraging skills and experience in program, project and change management to develop, execute and evaluate the change approach for Investment Infrastructure. This role is essential in ensuring the Digital Investment Infrastructure product initiative lands in the best possible way for our people and Iress. The Change Manager is responsible for developing the change approach, managing and implementation of the plan. Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with: Create, maintain and communicate frameworks for internal stakeholders to access the necessary programs to achieve capability and competency for operational consistency and excellence during the implementation of the Investment Infrastructure program. Manage timelines, resources and communications relating to change management with stakeholders across the business. Engagement of leaders, primary and key sponsors to ensure our people understand, embrace and adopt the new Investment Infrastructure processes and systems enabling a smooth launch. Develop and implement change communications, collateral and people engagement. Collaborate cross-functionally across the business to tie Investment Infrastructure program initiatives into other relevant initiatives across the organisation. Continuously assess dependencies, risks and blockers and call out issues as needed.
