Description
Performs CT procedures and assists radiologists at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical skill. Responsible for CT scanning procedures and related quality control monitoring as assigned. Performs CT scans of various anatomy of the body to produce clinically diagnostic images to assist the physician in the diagnosis of disease and injuries. Ensures patient comfort and safety during procedures. Responsible for CT scans of newborn, infant, pediatric, adolescence, adult and geriatric patients. Responsible for the availability and sterility of supplies used for assigned area. Operates CT equipment, develops films and prepares CT room for procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned.
