Ipex Insurance Services, a 10-year old insurance business, is seeking a licensed Personal Lines Account Manager with at least 3 years of experience in the insurance industry. The candidate must reside in the San Fernando Valley area.
The primary role of the Personal Lines Account Manager will be to provide top-notch service to clients and promote cross-selling within the agency. The successful candidate will act as the day-to-day liaison between the clients and the insurance company. Daily responsibilities will include addressing coverage issues, handling inside service work associated with clients' accounts, and renewing policies in accordance with agency standards.
Job duties will include consistent and timely communication with clients through written and verbal correspondence, informing and educating clients on coverage, exclusions and exposures, producing binders, certificates, policies and other related items, and maintaining accurate client files while adhering to all automation procedures. The ideal candidate will also have a sound understanding of personal insurance underwriting, coverage, and rates, along with the ability to quote prices for existing customers.
To qualify for this role, the candidate must hold a P&C license in CA, have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Personal Lines, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. The candidate should also have the ability to self-manage workload, organize priorities, and work effectively within a team environment. Good attendance is a must. Proficiency in using Word and Excel is also required.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
