Inxeption is looking for a dynamic Senior Product Manager to join our Inxeption Team. If you love independently developing and executing on product roadmaps, can multitask and want to join a fast-growing, motivated team, we want to talk to you!
Responsibilities:
- Drive roadmap prioritization, vision, and strategy with internal stakeholders, driving the end-to-end product implementation process
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define success metrics, drive go-to-market strategy and adoption, drive product feature enhancements/iterations
- Conduct user research and surveys by synthesizing customer pain points; analyze and visualize large amounts of data into actionable insights in order to be an advocate of a metric-driven decision-making process
- Coordinate post-launch activities to validate that the new features work as designed, collect performance metrics and customer feedback
- Move fast within our agile and iterative team environment
- Work with off-shore teams in India and Colombia for development
- Provide weekly updates on product roadmap progress
Requirements:
- 8 to 10 years of product management experience with eCommerce , search, marketplaces, account management
- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a similar technical field
- Experience and willingness to work and run scrums with off-shore teams (India, Colombia)
- Excellent experience working with JIRA (or any other similar tool) to drive the product evolution
- You use data to drive strategy, decisions and outcomes
- Familiar with product information data like Global Trade Item Number (GTIN) and other standards
- You have experience working with UX designers to create intuitive experiences.
- You are comfortable working with software engineers to develop scalable solutions
- Skilled at engaging and communicating with senior executives across multiple domains and can engage at a detailed level with key stakeholders
- Possess excellent organization and discipline and can manage multiple projects simultaneously
- You are stimulated by challenges and are ready to engage at Fortune 1 scale
- Must have experience in creating release notes, creating release videos and promoting products to business stakeholders
- Possess a proactive approach and a "find a way" attitude
- You are comfortable dealing with ambiguity
- Willingness to take on new initiatives with very little hand-holding
- Must be able to work in a hybrid model with a couple of days a week in an office
