ABOUT THE JOB

Inxeption is looking for a dynamic Marketing Analytics Manager to join our team. This role was built for a data-driven, detail-oriented and experienced individual who wants to bring analytical rigor to our fast-growing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the development of best-in-class marketing strategy through test, measurement and optimization plans
• Monitor digital campaign performance and identify opportunities to accelerate learning and scale high-performing tactics across paid and organic search, social media, email and website channels
• Collect and analyze data from all marketing channels to highlight performance gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly business reporting to show Marketing team’s impacts to revenue growth and customer engagement
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, Product and, C-suite executives to deliver insights and recommend strategic shifts 

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, marketing or data analytics
• 3 years of experience in a B2B Marketing Analytics or Business Intelligence role, ideally in a SaaS, supply chain or marketplace business
• Experience extracting and analyzing data within the Google tool suite, including Analytics, Data Studio, Ads and Search Console
• Experience building reporting dashboards within existing tools (Data Studio, Zoho CRM) or creating dashboards from aggregated datasets in Excel
• Comfortable partnering with owners of data visualization tools (PowerBI/Tableau) to create Marketing reports for key stakeholders
• Knowledge of digital marketing funnels, including how to best measure CPA, ROAS, MQLs and LTV 
• Familiarity with lead scoring models a plus
• Superior communication skills, with a high degree of aptitude for clear, concise communications that meet the audience’s needs
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, from varying areas of expertise, to drive toward consensus on a communications plan
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, exercise good judgment in acknowledging and handling the sensitivity of certain information
