Inxeption is looking for a Rock Star to represent the Inxeption team on-site at our customer’s facility. If you love being in front of customers and have great international logistics account & strategy management experience, we want to talk to you! 

Responsibilities:

• Project manages and leads communication for our & client’s related stakeholders
• Ability to routinely create, present, & improve reporting to our & client’s related stakeholders
• Reviews and evaluates all aspects of the International Transportation Function (Imports and Exports)
• Collaborates across the Business Units and Functions to ensure shipments are moving efficiently and cost-effectively
• Provides guidance to the team to transposition team members to manage complex intercontinental transportation issues
• Develops enhanced processes for International Shipments and implements interactive quoting, communicating and shipment tracking platforms with our Freight Forwarders
• Performs an annual RFQ process to ensure continuous improvement, and competitive Ocean, Air, and accessorial costs
• Identifies key metrics, effectively tracking performance and adjusting providers, modes, and routes efficiently in order to drive cost-reduced transportation performance
• Ensures that monthly, quarterly, and yearly KPIs are prepared and published as appropriate
• Keeps up-to-date on all events within International Transportation to remain up to date on the latest business and regulatory trends or high-impact occurrences

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3-5 Years of experience in strategically managing global logistics
• General knowledge and skill with import/export
• Experience working with Freight Forwarders & Mid, Senior, and C-Level stakeholders 
• Proven ability to take on tasks and drive continuous improvement
