Sales Admin Assistant

About the job

Inxeption is looking for a dynamic Sales Admin Assistant to join our Inxeption Team. We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken inside sales representative experienced in the solar industry to join our sales team. The Sales Admin Assistant will report to the VP of Business Development and assist in executing sales initiatives and provide daily support.  If you are interested in a fast-paced and growing company, we want to talk to you! 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone and website chat to assist customers
  • Help customers with orders, RMA’s, and other inquiries
  • Support with the creation of pre-sales and/or after the sale documents
  • Assigns all new vendor leads to the appropriate territories and insure that follow up has been completed
  • Prepares sales presentations by compiling data, and developing presentation formats and materials
  • Work with our logistics team to provide customer data in order to cross sell
  • Support sales team by providing administrative, technical and clerical support
  • Work with Marketing on monthly promotional emails
  • Work with the sales team to insure all data is entered correctly in Zoho and Marketplace
  • Arrange trainings, as needed, for the sales team 
  • Assist in training new hires within our team
  • Organize team events, conferences, and other meetings as needed
  • Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related tasks as needed
  • Attend internal sales meetings 
  • Maintain a positive working environment 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to prioritize workload and perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including written and oral
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Flexibility and innovation as a teamplayer
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
