The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join our US Delivery team and be responsible for the success of a variety of digital projects whilst leading our geographically distributed, cross-functional teams to project milestones and deadlines. 

Following established processes to lead both client and project teams through the full project lifecycle; you will diligently control the client scope, budget, and quality of your projects, while clearly articulating status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and project teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Govern project team adherence to the delivery process
• Control project by anticipating and documenting risks, issues, and dependencies, and taking corrective actions, when needed
• Maintain project scope, escalating out-of-scope items to client and Account Manager, as needed
• Monitor and maintain overall profit margin on a per client and/or per-project basis
• Maintain accountability regarding deliverable quality and ensure mitigating options are created with regard to projects risks and issues
• Co-chair internal project meetings, kick-off meetings, retrospectives, and deliverable review meetings
• Contribute to external client project meetings led by the account manager
• Communicate weekly project updates to all stakeholders to ensure effective expectation management and alignment
• Act as the project delivery escalation point for the internal team and client stakeholders
• Ensure team and client have clarity on scope, schedule, and change process
• Coordinate resource planning with the Resource Manager to ensure accurate resource capacity and forecasting

Who You Are

• Minimum of 2 years project management experience, preferably in an agency environment
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
• The ability to manage fully integrated digital campaigns
• Business savvy with the ability to think critically and strategically to determine the best solution for client
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to details
• High level of professionalism with the ability to confidently and effectively communicate with clients at any time
• Excellent presentation design and delivery skills
• Knowledge of general project management tools - Mavenlink, Jira, Confluence a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking is crucial
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
• Background or understanding of digital/performance marketing and paid media, a huge plus
• Experience with website development projects is also a plus
• Marketing agency experience, a plus
