The Role:
The IT Help Desk Technician is responsible for maintaining, upgrading and managing computer distribution, hardware, and networks to our Phoenix and New York offices. This individual will be the go-to resource for our US-based teams, providing technical service for everything related to issuing equipment to basic system administration.
This position is based in Phoenix, AZ and requires the ability to work onsite.
