Responsibilities

Unit Charge RN

Our community has an opportunity for a Unit Charge RN to join our team. We're looking for a driven, caring, and passionate individual to serve as a leader to our excellent nursing staff and provide day-to-day supervision, participate as requested in the interviewing and hiring process and assign duties for resident's care, work hours, breaks, and meal periods for nursing staff on unit.

Qualifications

  • Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed in our state
  • Clinical experience, education or specialty skills specific to geriatrics
  • Able to relate positively and favorably to resident and families and to work cooperatively with others
  • Related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job
  • We are a vaccinated care facility. New hires will need to provide proof of vaccination or other acceptable documents prior to starting employment
