Description

This is not your typical customer service position. We think of ourselves as providing customer support with an inventive approach. Job Specs:

  • Communicate via inbound and outbound telephone calls with consumers
  • Provide prompt resolution to customer inquiries by providing appropriate and accurate information
  • Accurately document and update records in required systems
  • Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
  • When applicable, attempt to resolve consumer issues by maintaining diplomacy and tact when dealing with complaints and/or difficult situations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications


Skills/Experience:

  • Excellent customer service skills and conflict resolution/problem solving skills a must
  • Proficient in the use of the computer, including Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Adobe products, including InDesign a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to work with a diverse client base
  • Must be detail oriented and organized
  • Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Commitment to company values
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or previous experience preferred but not required.

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
  • Record customer information within our customer service database
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • Other duties as requested
