Introhive is Hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager Near Miami, FL

The Opportunity:

Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) will support the post-sales customer lifecycle as it relates to deployment, customer adoption, on-going support, maintaining satisfaction and ensuring retention.

What You'll Do:

  • Kicking-off the customer engagement, setting and managing expectations for how Introhive will deliver value.
    • Monitoring customer health, including the specific dimensions that inform customer health, and develop/drive plans to mitigate any retention risk.
    • Running QBR sessions and all other customer checkpoints, with management of both action items and opportunities that are uncovered.
    • Identify, and collaborate with Account Exec, to close upsell/expansion opportunities.
    • Driving the renewal process to closure.CSMs are an essential component to the Introhive family. For each assigned account, they are responsible for taking use cases defined in the sales process, and converting perceived value into realized value. The CSM has the accountability for customer retention, and works to identify and drive growth opportunities in partnership with the Account Exec. As the chosen candidate, you must have a strong understanding of our Customers’ business objectives and the ability to articulate how our solution achieves each objective and demonstrates value.The CSM has the ability to quickly gain an intimate knowledge of the Introhive product set; understand configuration options; be able to articulate how they work; and, most importantly, be able to map an Introhive solution to a use case to solve key business objectives.Additionally, the CSM will have key responsible for:
  • Lastly, we are seeking someone who is comfortable contributing to the development of account goals, growth and profitability targets by being an active member of the Introhive team and culture

What You've Accomplished: 

  • 7-10 years experience in a similar role required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
  • Proven ability to lead a team
  • Collaborative team player, with demonstrated experience in working cross-functionally, as you will work alongside Marketing, Product, Support and Sales teams to demonstrate customer value.
  • Experience with leading customer engagements with large enterprise organizations.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
  • Curious attitude to always seek the WHY
  • Detail-oriented and analytical; can take data available to drive action and follow through.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and embraces change.
  • Sense of pride and ownership in your performance and the performance of your team and its impact on the company.
