Accounts Payable Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
• Review vendor invoices and post in the accounting system. (SAP)
• Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
• Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
• Ensure bills are paid in a timely manner
• Post Journal entries as needed
• Understand expense accounts and cost centers
• Assist with other projects as assigned to support A/P Department
Requirements:
• Proven working experience in Accounts Payable.
• Basic bookkeeping and accounting skills are required.
• Knowledge in Excel.
• Experience in SAP is a plus.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem solving and be able to work independently without supervision
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
