We are looking for someone with Parts experience to join on our team!
Parts Counter personnel fulfills a critical role in our operations by answer phones, interface with customers, reference parts, provide assistance to customers, and participate in inventory. They also provide support to the service department. This is a critical position to ensure that the company is able to locate and secure parts for jobs to be completed in a timely manner. Making sure we can access the parts in an efficient and cost effective manner ensures we are representing our customer’s best interest.
Position Duties:

• Support to Service Department, retail and resale customer
• Parts sales - over the phone and in person
• Utilize online resources to secure necessary parts to meet customer needs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Answer phones and provide customer service at the counter
• Administrative duties as related to role

Desired Skills and Qualities:

• The ability to utilize online websites to locate parts availability and pricing.
• Solid verbal, written and phone communication skills
• Effective problem solving skills and ability to multitask
• Previous experience with heavy duty vehicles and equipment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be physically able to lift and work with no restrictions
• 2 - 3 Years Experience in Heavy Duty Truck Parts
