Location: New York, NY RAI USA Job Overview: The Health & Wellness Manager is responsible for administering, managing, and over-all growth of IRC New York’s Health & Wellness (H&W) program. They oversee the overall program quality, management and development, financial management, data management and reporting, compliance, and community outreach and representation. The program currently focuses on mental health and psychosocial support, comprehensive case management, and systems navigation for a variety of vulnerable populations including refugees, asylum seekers, victims of crime, LGBTQIA individuals, and those experiencing emotional distress. The work is carried out in close coordination with a multidisciplinary team of service providers within the IRC and the local community, and with technical assistance from technical advisors at IRC’s Headquarters.
