IRC is currently searching for an Analyst on the Financial Planning and Analysis Team (FP&A). The Analyst will be responsible for the consolidation and delivery of relevant financial information and insights to the organization. The IRC’s Financial Planning & Analysis team (FP&A) is a critical partner in ensuring the success and longevity of the organization’s humanitarian programs, which provide clean water, shelter, health care, education and economic development support to refugees and displaced people. Responsible for leading the annual budget and forecast processes, analyzing and reporting results internally and to the Board of Directors, and providing business partnership to all departments and budget owners, FP&A offers sophisticated financial insights that allow the organization to operate and expand its programs responsibly.
