Job Overview:

The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for operational support, general administrative task, assisting the Service & Installation Manager in general warehouse duties and being the primary point of contact for all inquiries.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain office supplies.
• Primary attendant for incoming phone calls and service calls
• Pull and stage materials as needed.
• Track inventory in QuickBooks.
• Enter estimates into QuickBooks.
• Assist with monthly invoicing and managing warehouse inventory.
• Creating purchase orders and placing orders for materials
• Make travel arrangements for crews out of town.
• Schedule and record ALI Lift Inspections.
• Assist installation manager with day-to-day tasks.

Job Requirements:

• 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Manager in a warehouse setting
• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Must be proficient in Windows and MS-Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks, such as incoming calls, guests, filing and emails.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must possess good organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Superior verbal/written skills and communications skills.
• Self-motivated
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

Preferences:

• Experience operating a forklift.
• Experience using QuickBooks.
