About the Position:
The Facilities Maintenance Specialistperforms a wide variety of skilled and semi-skilled maintenance, construction, and renovation work. This position requires a working knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems, construction building codes, ADA compliance regulations, air/refrigeration systems, carpentry and painting, hazardous waste and chemical procedures, Title 19 Life safety codes, and seismic upgrades. Performs the following duties and responsibilities independently and as part of team.
