Summary:

The Financial Analyst will help develop analytical tools that will help Finance leadership have full visibility to the business. This will include, forecasting, cost analysis in sales forecasting, reporting, and communications. As the Financial Analyst, your responsibilities would include data analysis, reporting, financial statements, cost and ROI analysis and planning. Ideal candidates will have Finance Analysis experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and fun environment.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for profitability, cost and return on investment analysis of all the company’s critical operations.

Income statement, balance sheet and cash flow development and analysis

Track and analyze key metrics – pipeline growth, quota attainment (financial)

Collect, consolidate and generate weekly sales forecasts (month and quarter focus) and roll up each week’s numbers to Sales Management.

Compile key pieces of information related to performance against budget to be reviewed by Management and report approved plans to Finance for processing.

Proactively analyzes win-loss data and reports on key findings to company leadership.

Maintain financial projection, metrics, operating ratios and performance trends for review with the executive team on a monthly basis

Requirements

Qualifications:

1 years of financial analysis experience with background in accounting and finance

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Accounting or related field or experience related

Demonstrated experience in business and financial analysis, research and reporting

Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Excellent English communication skills verbal and written (Spanish not required but helpful)

Excellent systems skills including Excel & PowerPoint are required.
