InteriorWorx is Hiring an Administrative Purchasing Assistant Near Sandy, UT
Description:
- Create and submit POs, enter order confirmations, and track arrival dates.
- Confer with suppliers to obtain information such as price, product discontinuations, lead times, returns, and availability.
- Identify and monitor status of POs and product claims.
- Build manifests and track freight on open orders.
- Resolve quality, delivery, and material returns with suppliers.
- Work closely with internal job coordinators, designers, and account managers to meet required home closing deadlines.
- Work closely with internal accounting to ensure correct invoice pricing and credit memos.
- Other duties as assigned by management to help lead the Purchasing Team.
Requirements:
- A strong work ethic
- Leadership
- Ability to show initiative and work independently on multiple tasks.
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Outstanding organizational skills are a must.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Wage: $19-24 per hour. Based on Experience.
