Interim HealthCare Ringling Group is Hiring a Customer Service Representative | Colorado Springs, CO Near Colorado, CO
Where: 1901 North Union Blvd., Colorado Springs, Colorado
Pay Range: $15 - $17 per hour
Shifts: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00 pm; On Call Rotation - Full Time

We are seeking a full-time Personal Care and Support Services Customer Service Representative to join our successful company.
Our ideal candidate would be:
- A self-starter, work good with a team and have a positive attitude?
- Customer service driven and are highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel?
- Able to easily adapt your communication style to positively relate to different people?
- Able to excel at solving problems in a team environment?
- Assist in scheduling home care clients with qualified personnel
- Process weekly payroll for 100 caregivers
- Verify documentation on employee’s schedules
- Act as a customer services representative for the Personal Care and Support Services clients and employees.
- On-call rotation required
- One (1) year experience in health care, temporary staffing or related industry preferred.
- Experience scheduling is a plus.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Requires excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Proven organization skills and detail orientation
- Have a positive attitude and be motivated to help others.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines.
