Interim HealthCare - Ringling Group is Hiring a Staffing Coordinator Near Colorado Springs, CO

Location: 1901 N. Union Blvd. Colorado Springs, CO 80909

Status: Full time, Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00 pm; On Call Rotation 

Pay Range $20.00-$25.00 Per Hour

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

  • Communicate with multiple customers to determine staffing needs and arrange and coordinate the requests.
  • Coordinate, supervise and evaluate the professional and paraprofessional field staff.
  • Perform all office functions in compliance with federal, state, local laws and all policies, procedures, and standards of Interim Healthcare Staffing Office. Assist in payroll and billing functions. 
  • Complete documentation accurately, legibly, and timely for office processes.
  •  Follow pay and bill structures set by office. Get appropriate approval for overtime, rewards or motivators for field staff, from supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  • Two-year Degree or equivalent years in training or work experience.
  • Two (2) Year of staffing/scheduling experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with changing priorities.
  • Proficient in Windows, Word and Excel. 
  • Must be able to travel
