We are seeking a Registered Nurse who is licensed in the State of Georgia and is a graduate of an accredited school. Private Home Care experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-home assessments for patients weekly
• Caring for the terminally ill patient, providing daily care, primarily in the patients’ homes. Also, she/he can see patients as well in hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living communities and/or residential care facilities for the elderly.
• RN will assist to mange schedule for LPN and CNA following the plan care for each patient previously approved by the IDG meeting. Also, CM will adjust any visits or change the level of care, Medications, and plan of care following the Doctor’s orders
• The RN will be responsible to do recertification and present it to be discussed during the IDG meeting.
• RN will review the quality of care being provided, documentation and plan of care provided by the LPN and CNA to patients under their scope of service.
• Must have a reliable automobile, valid driver's license, and the minimum state required liability automobile insurance.
• Demonstrates commitment to Hospice’s philosophy of care, values, mission statement and organizational culture.
• Must have general computer skills and a working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and the internet.
