Job Summary:
The Client Service Representative at Interim HealthCare in Novi, MI will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and families in the home healthcare industry. This is a full-time, hourly position and the individual will be a vital contributor to the success of the business. The main responsibilities will include managing client relationships, coordinating care services, documentation overview, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
Hours: The position is an in-office position, Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm
Compensation & Benefits:
The Client Service Representative will be offered a competitive hourly compensation of $18 to $20 per hour, paid biweekly. Additionally, Interim HealthCare offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings plans.
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare providers
• Understand and accurately document client care needs and requests
• Coordinate care services according to client needs and schedules
• Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients, caregivers, and healthcare providers
• Respond promptly and efficiently to client inquiries and requests
• Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues
• Continuously strive to improve and enhance the client experience
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure high-quality client care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
• Adhere to all relevant healthcare policies and procedures
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively multitask and manage time
• Proficient in computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of home healthcare regulations and policies is a plus
