Interim HealthCare is a full-service Home Care Company seeking Home Health Aides/Personal Care Aides (HHA/PCA) for 12-hour shifts for our client. Shifts are Monday through Sunday 7a to 7p and 7p to 7a
Our Home Care Aide job responsibilities are:
- Performs personal care activities that are assisting the patient with daily living which include:
- Personal hygiene (assisting to bathroom or in using bedpan, bathing, care of mouth, shaving, skin, and hair)
- Ambulation (when our patient gets out of bed and engages in light movements such as sitting, standing, or walking as soon as possible after an operation
- Eating
- Dressing
- Performs homemaking activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry, and cleaning bathrooms.
Job Requirements
Home Health Care Aide requirements:
- 6 months of Health Care Aide Experience.
- Clean background checks
- Valid Driver’s License
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Skilled Nursing Facility experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must possess strong transferring skills and be able to work with limited mobility cases.
