At InterDent, and in our 150 affiliated dental offices, we build relationships for life, serving over one million patients each year. Gentle Dental provides high-quality comprehensive care, including general dentistry, orthodontics, periodontics, endodontics, pedodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery.
Hours of Operation: Shifts available and range from 7:15 a.m to 8 p.m. PST
Compensation: Hourly base pay, plus commission plan plus $1,025 training bonus
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to high volume inbound phone calls while compassionately handling questions and/or concerns
- Schedule new patient appointments
- Use trained sales tactics to reach company goals of appointments set and customer satisfaction
- Various duties as assigned by the Call Center Leadership Team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Ability to accurately type 40 wpm
- Desire to exceed customer expectations
- Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
