Fast Growing Custom Boat Manufacturer is seeking someone to handle the Front office day to day operations. Individual must be comfortable working in a face pace environment with many goals and deadlines. This person will be the first person to greet potential customers entering our facility.

Responsibilities

• Internal accounting via QuickBooks payroll/vender payments/ expense tracking
• Employee Payroll and record keeping (15-20 employees)
• Filing and organizing monthly expense/ vender invoices
• Create and maintain customer sales files throughout build process
• Work with venders filling customer orders
• Maintain front office organization
• Perform receptionist duties when needed

Skills

• Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
• Working knowledge of office equipment
• Thorough understanding of office management procedures
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office/Excel
• Basic Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

• Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
