What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager position at Interceptor Custom Boats?
Fast Growing Custom Boat Manufacturer is seeking someone to handle the Front office day to day operations. Individual must be comfortable working in a face pace environment with many goals and deadlines. This person will be the first person to greet potential customers entering our facility.
Responsibilities
- Internal accounting via QuickBooks payroll/vender payments/ expense tracking
- Employee Payroll and record keeping (15-20 employees)
- Filing and organizing monthly expense/ vender invoices
- Create and maintain customer sales files throughout build process
- Work with venders filling customer orders
- Maintain front office organization
- Perform receptionist duties when needed
Skills
- Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel
- Basic Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay

- Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
