Intercept Health is now hiring a Full Time Program Manager for Fresh Start. This individual oversees all staff and direct care issues and services, ensuring effective leadership-based management of the program with an emphasis on high-quality care delivered in a cost-effective manner by performing the duties outlined below.

Education & Experience
Must be registered as a QMHP-C or Trainee. Bachelor's degree in a human services field with five or more years of experience with children, two of which are in a residential facility; OR Master's degree in a human services field with three or more years experience with children, one of which is in a residential facility; OR Two or more years in group home management/supervision or similar experience.
Valid Driver's License and favorable driving record (no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years; no DUIs/Reckless driving in the last 3 years)
Essential duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Coordinates/facilitates house staff meetings
Works in cooperation with Human Resource Manager to provide and/or arrange for in-service and other training for staff on relevant topics and new employee hiring/interviewing.
Familiarizes self with federal, state, local, and regulatory requirements including Interdepartmental licensure standards and ensures Intercept House's compliance.
Accepts full responsibilities for effective execution of behavior program within home.
