Compliance Lead

Overview

IntelliDyne is searching for a Compliance Lead to join our team in Falls Church, VA. As the Compliance Lead, you will manage a team of system and compliance engineers and lead various projects, largely in network operations. The Compliance Lead will be directly responsible for the development and integration of SCCM suites for multiple LANs.

Responsibilities

• General knowledge of all IT topics specifically in Network Operations
• Competent in office automation tools such as Microsoft Office
• Experience with Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS).
• Ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in multiple current technology areas, including client computer hardware and operating systems, end-user desktop software, remote management, and end-user device security management and patching.
• Directly responsible for the development, integration and production of SCCM server infrastructure suites on multiple LANs to include server and application configuration, project documentation, C&A support, and production Tier III support for the enterprise customer base.
• Responsible for documenting all aspects of various system installation and configuration efforts step-by-step.
• Threat mitigation and reporting
• Analyze data to spot trend and determine solutions

Qualifications

• 4 years’ experience leading teams
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably IT related. Practical experience in lieu of formal education is acceptable.
• Ability to demonstrate capabilities in the following categories: leadership/coaching, verbal and written communication, organizational skills, project management, process improvement, critical thinking and analysis. 
• Ability to work in an environment of shifting priorities. Capable of rapidly changing direction as needed. 
• Ability to communicate professionally and tactfully with senior level leadership and clients. 
• Clearance requirement: Must have a fully adjudicated T3 level investigation with Public Trust eligibility, or higher
• 8570 Compliance IAT Level II or higher (Security , SSCP, or CCNA-Security active certification required)
• Experience with Reporting with Systems Management Center, Systems Management Server or SCCM 2012.
• Experience with McAfee Host Based Security System (HBSS).
• Understanding of deploying Software Updates within SCCM 2012
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment with other systems administrators, as well as work with other computer/facility support organizations.
• Must work well multi-tasking various related efforts with sometimes competing/concurrent timelines.
