HR Onboarding Specialist
HR Service Partners is looking for an experienced customer service specialist with accounting and payroll experience. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is very organized, and enjoys a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
· Monitor and respond to all onboarding requests
· Assist employees with technical issues during onboarding process
· Keep client informed of status of onboarding during new client onboarding
· Send new hire links in a timely manner
· Complete I-9 and onboarding process
· Follow SOP for onboarding based on client needs
Requirements:
· Enjoys working with people to answer questions and solve problems
