Job Title: Accountant

Key Performance Objectives
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- analyze financial information, prepared accurate financial reports, and provided insights to the management team to aid in strategic decision making.
Reconciliation Management:
- ownership of reconciliation processes, demonstrating accuracy and efficiency in aligning our financial records, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring our books are accurate and up to date.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- instrumental role in the budgeting and forecasting process, providing sound financial advice and contributing to the financial stability and growth of our company.
Regulatory Compliance:
- ensure all financial operations comply with federal and state laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Proven experience utilizing Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and other accounting-related tasks.
- Experience with managing reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of financial data.
- Experience with QuickBooks
