Integrative Emergency Services, LLC (“IES”) is looking for a Revenue Cycle Operations Manager who is responsible for day-to-day oversight of revenue cycle operations processes/functions which may include: Charity, Credit Balances, Refunds, Bad Debt, Chart Transmission, and Patient Inquiries. This position is also responsible for revenue cycle vendor management.
IES is dedicated to cultivating best practices in emergency care, providing comprehensive acute care services, creating value, and supporting patients, employees, clients, providers, and physicians in pursuit of the highest quality health care.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with guidelines, policies and procedures and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
