Overview

i3 is seeking a driven Android Software Developer in support of a cloud based DevSecOps program. This position will help spearhead the development of an Interoperable Field Hospital (iFH) through the use of emerging technologies and hybrid cloud solutions. You will work with a highly motivated team of software developers and operations engineers to solve technical challenges and facilitate medical advancements in patient care for the entire U.S. Army Medical community. This position is located in Huntsville, AL and allows for a combination of remote and on-site work (hybrid schedule).

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Scrum Masters, Product Owner, and Program Manager to evaluate customer requirements and evolving priorities
• Collaborate with multiple team members and stakeholders including both informal and formal meetings and presentations
• Consistently expand knowledge base and stay current on newly emerging technologies
• Analyze and breakdown customer requirements
• Interface with H.264 video codec and playback
• Contribute positively to the established team culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred
• Experience using Agile Methodologies
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively across audiences at various levels of understanding
• C# experience required
• Android experience required
• SaaS and cloud pipeline experience preferred
