Vocational: Monday-Friday (Day Shift) Residential: Evenings, Weekends, and Overnights
DSPs who work at ILC residential and vocational locations support individuals with planned activities that encourage community inclusion, habilitation, and activities of daily living.
Employee Responsibilities:
Supported Services: (Days, Evenings, Weekends) Full Time or Part Time
As a DSP with ILC working in Supported Services, you will be supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities at their jobs, in the community, and in their homes. The job coaching component of this position focuses on supporting people in seeking and maintaining competitive employment, while in-home support can be a variety of day-to-day activities in the home and out in the community.
