What will you be doing:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist co-manages the full cycle recruitment function; work with our hiring managers to determine needs and attract first-rate talent to ensure lasting placements. Responsible to build/maintain a scalable pipeline of talent for current and future positions ensuring a positive experience. The Talent Acquisition Specialist has oversight of the corporate function and assigned business talent needs building our organizational capabilities. This position focuses on non-medical and non-exempt multidisciplinary positions.

What will you need to be successful in the role:

  • Two- three years of hands-on recruitment experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration and/or Human Resources discipline or equivalent staffing and recruiting related experience
  • Clear understanding of the recruitment process
  • Knowledge of HRIS/ATS
  • Exercise integrity and the highest level of confidentiality
  • Must have strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrate accountability and dependability
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Listens attentively and with empathy
  • Works well in a team environment and collaborates effectively with others
  • Self-motivated and demonstrates a sense of urgency and commitment prioritizing organizational needs

  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
