What will you be doing:

Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for Human Resources (People & Culture) functions, to include pre-employment recruitment onboarding and orientation, employee engagement and retention, credential and licensure compliance, payroll administration and shared HR Services solutions for the home health division within our organization. The HR Coordinator provides people and culture administrative services to ensure the maintenance of company culture and ongoing positive employee experience.

What will you need to be successful in the role:

• Two- three years of hands-on onboarding and payroll experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration and/or Human Resources discipline or equivalent staffing and recruiting related experience
• Clear understanding of the recruitment process
• Knowledge of HRIS/ATS
• Exercise integrity and the highest level of confidentiality
• Must have strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrate accountability and dependability
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Listens attentively and with empathy
• Works well in a team environment and collaborates effectively with others
• Self-motivated and demonstrates a sense of urgency and commitment prioritizing organizational needs
