THE POSITION

This expert technical role with the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is responsible for develop and maintain. This is professional systems engineering work. Employees in this class are responsible for performing moderately to highly complex work on projects with integrated systems that impact multiple systems to support end-user needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and maintain an IT enterprise centered around Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and related products.
• Identify and diagnose complex performance, security, and technical issues
• Develop and implement solutions across a wide range of technologies
• Implement and maintain DISA STIG requirements
• Maintain physical back-end and virtual servers
• Maintain virtual desktop infrastructure (Citrix XenDesktop)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Position is 100% onsite in Warrenton, VA
• Video interviews will be conducted

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelors degree in an IT related field and 7 years of IT related experience
• Current DODD 8140/8570 IATII certification (or higher)
• MCSA 2016 or equivalent certification
• Experience with Windows Server 2019, Citix XenDesktop, VMware ESXi, Active Directory, SAN,SQL 2012/16
• Understanding of HP data storage
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

PREFERRED:

• VMware certification VCP 6.x
• Experience with Commvault 11.x
• Experience with System Center Configuration Manager 2012 or higher
• Experience with Windows Server 2019, SQL 2016, SharePoint 2016, and other related technologies
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange 2016
• Experience developing IT checklists, SOPs, guides, etc.
