Overview

The Engineer Systems Network Engineer/System Administrator, Senior supports the Project Manager Intelligence Systems and Analytics (PM IS&A) Headquarters (HQ) with interoperability testing for all PM IS&A technical programs.

Responsibilities

• Support the requirements analysis/definition, design, implementation, integration, and verification of the interoperability interfaces for other supported systems such as CD1, CD2, TITAN, and Intel Apps and other Army, Joint, Interagency, and Multinational requirements.
• Support and clarify interoperability certification requirements (for example Army Interoperability Certification), and finalize agreements related to interoperability testing with the Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC).
• Maintain and enhance the PM IS&A Application Programing Interface (API) for “intera” operability across the IS&A portfolio.
• Manage an Engineering Review Board process to manage configuration management and proposed enhancements to the PM IS&A API.

Qualifications

Required:

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, System, Software or Computer Engineering; Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering or related field with 15 years’ related work experience.
• 10 years of direct experience working with user representatives, and Army and Joint programs to develop and execute interoperability testing between systems.
• 10 years of direct experience with intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance software systems.
• 10 years of direct experience in the design, integration, configuration, and analysis of complex software systems, military electronics, computer networking, and digital and graphic display systems to include direct experience with Department of Defense System Engineering processes.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of products and Adobe.
