Overview

Integral is seeking a Knowledge Manager to support INSCOM Counterintelligence (CI) and Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Support Services located in Columbia, MD.

The Knowledge Manager will assist aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production and provide expertise as a SharePoint web services developer.

Responsibilities

• Aligns processes and technology to enable information sharing across the team using content management and SharePoint best practices.
• Provide support to modernize, introduce new technologies, and streamline capability development as required in support of overall mission objectives.
• Compile reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities including, but not limited to, search, discovery, storage and retrieval of data and formal production and taskings.
• Disseminates intelligence products across separate networks and portals.
• Design and develop SharePoint solutions that enhance DIA’s CI analysis workflows and processes.
• Collaborate with program staff to identify and prioritize types of knowledge to develop and capture.
• Establish and maintain processes to ensure knowledge management efforts shape strategy and inform key decisions.
• Foster development and use of best practices to improve outcomes and initiatives.
• Create collaborative tools to facilitate sharing of ideas that are of use to colleagues and other partners.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 5 years of intelligence analysis experience.
• Possess knowledge and experience in SharePoint 2010/2013 and SharePoint Designer 2010/2013; Java, VISIO, KML and visualization tools.
• Possess knowledge and experience in understanding collaborative environments, records management, and metadata.
• Knowledge of Community of Interest (COI) or Community of Practice (CoP) best practices
• Possess knowledge and experience in understanding Intelligence Community analyst tools including SharePoint and visualization tools.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of Army structure and defense level intelligence operations.

Training:

• Must have Security Plus certification and have completed a Site Collection Administration training course equivalent to Microsoft MS55033.

Clearance:

• Active TS/SCI w CI Poly clearance.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree
