We are in the process of expanding our accounting department and are looking for the right candidate to help us grow to the next level. Ideal candidates should be highly detail oriented and enjoy accomplishing tasks. Candidates will need to be able to work individually and in team environments, be very organized and capable of handling multiple jobs simultaneously.

Specific Job Responsibilities could include:

• General Quickbooks Bookkeeping
• Enter Bills from Vendors
• Enter Invoices for Jobs/Customers

• Matching Invoices with Pack Slips in Company Software
• Coordinating with Purchasing to Ensure Costing Accuracy
• Communicating with Vendors to Resolve Billing Discrepancies
• Process Floorplan Requests

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Accounting/Quickbooks Experience
• Ability to Enter Data Quickly and Accurately
• Good Communication Skills and a Team Player

This is a salaried position with the potential to join our profit-sharing program. The exact pay structure will vary greatly depending on the experience and skillset of the applicant.
