We are seeking candidates who wish to grow, and to succeed, in the property and casualty insurance industry while working in an independent local agency. No insurance license needed. Bring your work ethic and your business skills and we will train you. Initial compensation will reflect your job history and interview results. Income will increase as you progress. This entry-level role could lead to your becoming a licensed customer service representative over time.
Paid time offer accrues for full-time staff members. You will have access to group health (with financial support), a 401k with matching factors, employer-paid group life, disability, and basic dental. We will support your pursuit of an insurance license. You'll also have access to voluntary benefits such as vision, legal care, pet care, etc.
You will work with experienced staff members in helping to service and maintain existing insurance agency customers. Clerical activity responsibilities will increase in complexity as you succeed.
No insurance license required. You must like working with customers to help answer their questions and to resolve their inquiries.
