The Institute of Noetic Sciences ("IONS") is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individual and collective transformation through consciousness research, transformative learning, and engaging a global community to realize our human potential. We conduct, advance, and broaden the science of what connects us, reaching new understandings about the nature of reality and our extended capacities. We conduct rigorous research on consciousness and the nature of our reality and publish our results in mainstream scientific journals. Our academic staff has joint appointments at major universities or institutions such as the University of California San Diego (UCSD) and Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU). JOB SUMMARY
The HR Associate supports developing, implementing, and monitoring business-wide policies and procedures, systems, and initiatives that support the Institute of Noetic Science’s (“IONS”) strategic direction. This is a 50% FTE remote position requiring both HR and multi-state payroll technical expertise, reporting to the Director of Operations.
